The Pettis County Commission is accepting sealed bids for the sale of three (3) uninhabitable trailers. Offered in an as-is, where is condition, and the trailers may be viewed by appointment only.
Bids must be clearly marked “Three Trailers,” and include the sealed proposal, to be submitted by 9:00 a.m. on Monday, May 13, 2024, at the Pettis County Clerkâs Office, located at 215 East 5th St. Sedalia, MO. Bid Opening to follow soon thereafter at 10:00 a.m.
The Pettis County Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The purchaser assumes all costs and liabilities associated with the removal of the trailers. Trailers must be removed by purchaser within 30 days of Bid Award.
Proposals deemed most advantageous to Pettis County will be accepted.
