All video conferences are run on the platform Webex.com. At Webex.com,
in the upper right hand corner is the word “Join.” Left click that word.
A new page appears with a text box labeled “Enter meeting information.”
Enter the meeting number and hit “enter” on your keyboard. A new window pops up with a text box that says “Enter the meeting password.” Enter the password and hit “enter” on your keyboard. You will be joined into the meeting.
A person can participate in any Webex video conference by audio only by calling 1-408-418-9388 and entering the meeting number as the access code
