Sealed proposals, labeled “Aluminum Box Culvert Bid,” must be mailed or hand delivered no later than May 12th, 2026, at 9:00 am to the Pettis County Clerk’s Office at Pettis County Annex 1, 215 E 5th Street, Sedalia, Missouri.
Proposal opening will occur May 12th, 2026 at 9:30 am in the Pettis County Commission Chambers.
Pettis County Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
Late submissions will not be considered.

Pettis County Administrative Building
Sealed Bids will be received until 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 23, 2026. Bids must be received by the Pettis County Clerk at the County Clerk’s office, 215 E. 5th Street, Sedalia, MO 65301 and should be clearly marked “SEALED BID ENCLOSED” and bearing the project name.
A public bid opening will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday April 23, 2026 in the Pettis County Commission Chambers of the Pettis County Courthouse, 415 S. Ohio, Sedalia, Missouri 65301.
A Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 700 S. Massachusetts, Ave., Sedalia MO 65301. It is not a mandatory meeting but interested bidders are encouraged to attend.
All equipment, materials, and quality of work must be in accord with the drawings and specifications on file with the office of Consulting Architect, Robert Rollings Architects, LLC, 208 S. Lamine Ave., Sedalia, MO 65301.
