The Pettis County Commision is seeking bids for office supplies and printing jobs form March 1, 2026, through February 28, 2027. Attached is a list of office supplies. All bids are due to the Pettis County Clerks Office in a sealed envolope.

Bid specifications are on file at the Pettis County Clerk’s office at the Pettis County Courthouse Annex at 215 East 5th St., Sedalia, MO until the time of opening at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March 2nd, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened in the Commission Chambers. The Pettis County Sheriff and Pettis County Commission are soliciting sealed bids from competent business venders for servicing and repair of our Sheriff’s Office fleet of vehicles including 2017 Dodge Ram Pick Up, GMC Transport Van, Chevrolet Tahoe SUV vehicles, Ford F 150 Pick-up, 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 Pick Up Truck, Dodge Chargers, Ford Explores, and Harley Davidson motorcycles and other assorted support vehicles including some former military vehicles and Utility Task Vehicles.

ProposalAudit Proposal
The County of Pettis is in the process of soliciting proposals for financial and compliance audits of Pettis County for three years ending December 31, 2025, 2026 and 2027. The County reserves the right to accept the proposal on a one-year basis. The audits must include an examination of all funds under the control of the elected County Officials. This report will be presented to the County Commission by July 31, 2026, and every July 31, thereafter.
