NOTICE:Bidders must be current on all taxes in the State of MO. All bidders must register to purchase 08/03/2020 – 10:00 A.M. 08/18/2020.

We will be offering post 3rd offerings of delinquent real estate properties by sealed bids. A list of the properties will be available at the Pettis County Collector’s Office, 415 S. Ohio, Sedalia, MO during business hours of 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M., Monday – Friday.
The list will also be available on line at pettiscomo.com,
The list will indicate the amount of taxes due for the month of August. Bidders must be current on all taxes in the State of MO. All bidders must register to purchase 08/03/2020 – 10:00 A.M. 08/18/2020.

All bids must sealed in an envelope showing total amount of bid and must be received on
or before 3:00 P.M. 08/21/2020.
THE BID AMOUNT, NAME OF BIDDER AND PHONE NUMBER OF BIDDER
MUST BE ENCLOSED IN ENVELOPE
 DO NOT ENCLOSE CASH OR CHECK IN THE ENVELOPE AT THE TIME OF THE BID.
BIDDER WILL BE CONTACTED ON 08/24/2020 IF THEIR BID HAS BEEN EXCEPTED.
BIDDER MUST DELIVER CASH, CASHIER’S CHECK OR MONEY ORDER FOR FULL AMOUNT OF BID ON 08/25/2020 BEFORE 3:00 P.M., IF WE CANNOT CONTACT THE HIGHEST BIDDER ON 08/24/2020 AND/OR THE BIDDER HAS NOT CONTACTED THE COLLECTOR’S OFFICE ON 08/24/2020 – THE NEXT HIGHEST BIDDER WILL BE CONTACTED. AND THEY WILL HAVE 24 HOURS TO PAY
BY CASH, CASHIER’S CHECK OR MONEY ORDER.
